“If baking is your passion and it’s your first step into this field then this is the workshop for you to gain in-depth knowledge of what goes in to make delicious cake at your home.”
At the end of this session, you would be able to make:
- Black forest cake (with base sponge & icing)
- Pineapple gateaux ( with base sponge & icing)
- Chocolate ganache (with base sponge & icing)
- Photo cake (with base sponge & icing)
- Demonstrate different icing techniques: Rose, flowers, Borders, leaves, etc.
Note:You will be getting a file of recipes and you may also bring boxes to carry your own handmade products back home.
Fees: INR 1500/- (You may pay as Cheque, Cash or Online using your Credit Card or Debit Card.)
