Workshop on Basic Eggless Cake- 01 Day

At the end of this session, you would be able to make:

• Black forest cake (with base sponge & icing)
• Gel based Pineapple gateaux ( with base sponge & icing)
• Chocolate ganache (with base sponge & icing)
• Photo cake with different textures (with base sponge & icing)
• Demonstrate different icing techniques: Rose, flowers, Borders, leaves, etc.

Note: 

1. You will be getting a file of recipes and you may also bring boxes to carry your own handmade products back home.
2. Pre-registration is necessary at least 2 days before the date of training

Fees: INR 1500/-
