Art of Cake Icing for 5 Days | Hands-on Workshop 

This course has been designed especially for culinary enthusiasts, home-bakers, also for those wanted to start their own bakery shop.

Note: You may also opt for / choose individual day/s hands-on workshop/s as well.

Day 01 (Mon): March 02nd

  1. Pre-mix Sponge Baking
    1. Vanilla
    2. Chocolate

Day 02 (Tue): March 03rd

  1. Piping Technique (Circle Shape)
  2. Black Forest Cake
  3. Gel Cake

Day 03 (Wed): March 04th

  1. Piping Technique (Heart Shape)
  2. Rasmalai Cake
  3. Mousse Cake

Day 04 (Thurs): March 05th

  1. Piping Technique (Square Shape)
  2. Gravity Cake
  3. Pinata Cake

Day 05 (Fri): March 06th

  1. Sharp Edge Technique
    1. Edible Print Cake
    2. Ganache Cake

Weekdays Dates: March 20-24th (Monday to Friday), 2023

Timing: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Total Fees: INR 7,900/- (Actual Fees: Rs. 10,000/- | Festival Discount)

Individual Day Fees: Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (Rs. 1800/- each)

Registration: It is mandatory to register in advance by paying Rs.1000/- through *Google Pay or Paytm on 9011082466*. This payment will be adjusted against the total fees and the participant have to pay the remaining fees of Rs. 5,000/- before the start of the workshop.

Certificate: Certificate of attendance will be issued to the candidates with 100% attendance and only acquiring the required skills taught for 05 days.
