Chicken flavoured with Kasuri Methi. Serve this recipe with steamed rice.

Note: For traditional taste made a paste of tomato and green chilies.
Recipe:
To marinate, clean the chicken Mixed all ingredients Yogurt, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Dried fenugreek leaves, red Kashmiri Mirch and salt according to taste in a bowl. Add chicken and mix well and set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add caraway seeds, cloves, green cardamoms and cinnamon sauté for 1minutes. Add onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes then add ground paste and again sauté for 2 minutes. Add Coriander powder, Turmeric powder and chicken masala. Add a little water and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken with the marinade, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle Kasuri Methi powder. Sauté and cover again for 1 minute. Switch off heat and let it stand for 10 minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice.
Do’s:
1. Take little water in a bowl and mix masalas like, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder and Chicken masala then add its increase test.
2. If you want then mix 1tbsp cream in it. Children like too much.
Don’t: Marination of chicken is very important for 2-3 hours because it’s called cooking of chicken is starting from marination.
