Mix semolina and curd and keep aside for 5-7 minutes to get the spread fluffy. Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, sweet corn and capsicum in semolina mixture. Mix it well.
Add black pepper powder and salt. Again mix it well. You can adjust the consistency of the spread as per your desire. Apply a thin layer of this mixture and spread on a bread slice. Heat a pan with brushing the oil inside. Fry the bread slices with the mixture on it .fry both side till it become light brown.
Your #Healthy Semolina Toast is now ready to serve with tomato ketchup or chutney.
Do’s: If you want it crispier then fry the bread till it turn golden brown.
