Beat together milk, egg, oregano, chili flakes and salt in a big bowl. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Soak bread slices in egg mixture and cook on the pan. Heat butter in another non-stick pan. Soak bread slices in egg and cook on the pan. Cook bread until both sides are lightly browned and crisp.
Serve hot with honey or tomato sauce.
Do’s: If you want it little spicy then add one pinch of chilli flakes in the egg mixture.
