First of all cut orange peel into very tiny and small pieces. Take a bowl and mix chopped orange peels and orange essence oil. Melt the flavoured chocolate and mixed orange peel inside. Pour the mixture in mould or make a ball shape with the help of your palm. Put in refrigerator for three to five minutes to set it. Melt again dark chocolate in another bowl. Now, remove all chocolates from mould and pour the melted dark chocolate over it. Leave it for ten to fifteen minutes at room temperature or keep in refrigerator for three to five minutes.
Do’s:
Take chocolate and melt in a double boiler or in micro for thirty seconds. Mix your chocolate very well. If required once again micro for thirty seconds. Readymade Orange peel is easily available in shops. If you want more of a colour then you may use orange flavoured cooking chocolate.
