Avocado Chutney

Recipe:

  1. 2 Avocados
  2. 1 tablespoon Onion, chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon Green Chilies, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoon Tomato, chopped
  5. ½ tablespoon Lemon juice
  6. 1tablespoon Green capsicum, chopped
  7. ½ tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
  8. ½ teaspoon garlic cloves, chopped
  9. Salt as per taste

Preparation:

Wash and cut avocado in two parts. Then scoop out the flesh with a spoon if it is ripe.
If not ripe, you can peel the avocado after removing the seed then chop it into small pieces. Process the avocados chutney, grind all ingredients and add salt to taste.
You can now serve it with parathas or nachos.

Do’s: You may also serve with dosa or idli. You can also do seasoning with South Indian tadka like curry leaves, mustard seeds, and chana daal.
