First peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well. Trim the edges off the bread slices. Dip the slices in water and squeeze them.
Now add it in the mashed potatoes. Mix the bread and potatoes well. Add little salt in it & mix well. Make it like a dough.
Combine mozzarella cheese, onion, coriander leaves, and green chili. Roll the bread potato mixture and stuff with a little mozzarella cheese mixture. Ensure that the edges are well sealed.
Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan and deep fry the rolls until golden brown. Drain and place on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
Do’s:
If you want a different taste then, you can add grind grated coconut and green chilies. Use it as filling.
