First grease a square aluminum tray and then keep it aside.
In a hot non-stick pan melt butter and chocolate. Remember to keep stirring continuously.
Stir in the condensed milk and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add the walnuts to the pan and then mix it.
Add the grated Khoya, vanilla essence and then mix very well for some time. Transfer the mixture onto the greased tray and spread it evenly.
Cool it in the refrigerator before cutting into pieces. Serve chilled.
