Cucumber Raita

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cup Yogurt / Curd
  2. ½ cup Cucumber, chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon Onion, chopped
  4. 2 teaspoon Grapes cut into ½ part
  5. ½ teaspoon Green chilies, chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon Coriander leaves, chopped
  7. ½ teaspoon Black salt
  8. Salt to taste
  9. ½ teaspoon Sugar, powder
  10. 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds, powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala

Recipe:

Whisk yogurt or curd well until make a smooth paste. Add the chopped cucumber, chopped onion, pieces of grapes, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, sugar powder, black salt, salt as per your taste and mix it well. Before serving sprinkle roasted cumin powder and chaat masala.
Serve it with rice or parathas.
