Ingredients:

  1. 50 gm Basmati rice (broken rice) soaked in water or milk
  2. 4 tablespoons Jaggery water (thick) free from impurities
  3. 2 tablespoons Milk powder
  4. 100 ml Milk
  5. Nuts like Cashew, Almond or Raisins
  6. Fruits (optional) – Pomegranate, grapes

Recipe

Start cooking by boiling the milk and milk powder in Lightwave convection oven at 540 micro watts for 2 minutes
Now, use the microwave again at 900 Watt after adding toned milk into rice.
Remove the boiled rice and milk mixture out of the microwave and set aside for 5 minutes.
Add jaggery water into this mixture as per your taste.
Serve with dry fruits of your choice.
