Mint Khus Lemonade

Ingredients:

  1. 8 tbsp Khus syrup
  2. 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  3. 1 tsp chopped mint leaves
  4. 1 tbsp fresh ginger juice
  5. 1tsp sugar powder
  6. 1 1/2 glass club soda
  7. ½ cup crushed ice
  8. Pinch of black salt

Recipe:

Take a blender and blend mint leaves, Khus syrup, lemon juice, ginger juice, sugar powder and black salt. Blend them well. Now, your concentrated Khus syrup is ready. Pour it in equal amount into two glasses. Add crushed ice and club soda to it at the time of serving.

Do’s: You may topping with fresh mint leaves.
